Key Business Challenge
To celebrate the launch of the new APAC Learning Campus in Singapore in 2014, our client approached us to become their professional development partner for top talent.
The Backstory
In 2013, we began our consultation process with senior business leaders and learning professionals to understand core development needs. Following a research phase, we created a dynamic 2-day program focused on executive presence and personal branding, which was piloted in Shanghai with a team of senior Coverage professionals within the Corporate Bank. Our approach was so successful, that we went on to become the Campus’ flagship program partner for emerging and advanced talent, with cohorts experiencing our programs on campus, in-country or virtually. Our reach has since extended to the delivery of programs for the Investment Banking business.
Outcomes Achieved
Over the past 8 years, we have contributed to the professional development of more than 1600 high performing and high potential employees with our programs rated as most popular across the APAC Campus. In 2020-2021, we transferred our program delivery to an interactive online format, which has brought new and exciting ways of connecting across countries.
